Swarve Deco

 

I fancied a little challenege, so decided to tackle my first art deco style card. This is what i came up with the inspiration of the layout has come from a previous layout used by Docrafts.

The lady is an inky stamp coloured with promarkers

skin blush and satin

dress - caramel and mustard

shawl - black with added glitter

Anniversary Love

 

This card was made for the Doilies, lace and twine challenege at http://cupcakecraftchallenges.blogspot.co.uk/ as you can see i used a heart doilie with a scatter of pearly glitter using silver ribbon and lace ribbon on the middle section and used my silver twine for a leaf effect on the flowers.

This card is made using another fabulous bestie by sherri baldy. It has been made for the besties challenge blog here http://bestieschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ Two shades of blue..

The promarker colours used are as follows

skin - coral, sunkissed pink, and blush

Hair - Walnut, coca, sandstone and satin

rest of image using two shades of blue - Cool Aqua and True blue.

In Loving Memory

 

Created for my Nanny, who if she was still with us would be celebrating her 100th birthday, so we are going to celebrate in her memory, my nanny was a real eastender, and loved her trips to southend for fish and chips and a cup of tea, followed by rossi ice cream, which is excatly what we will be doing tomorrow in her honor followed by releasing balloons

I have made this card for my cousin who will be turn 40 this month, dougal was her all time favourite while growing up so i have chosen this as the image, and tried to keep the card bright and clourful as the magic roundabout whats very bright. hope she likes it..

Something Different

Not been blogging for few days as times has gotten the better of me with family appointments etc.

But this is what I have been up to

 

Thought i would try something different using the Helz Cuppleditch panda stamp. But as You can see it is very versetile and been made in to a bear. the Doors close to hide the image until the recipent opens it.
